To ensure that the Castel XE-VIDEO device is properly configured with Sipelia™, validate the following settings and functions
Checking the Castel XE-VIDEO intercom’s registration to Sipelia
On the homepage of the intercom website, the registration state for the SIP should appear as Ok (200).
In Config Tool, under the VoIP inventory task, the device should appear as available.
Calling the Castor XE-VIDEO intercom from Sipelia
From Security Desk, you should be able to call the device using the Sipelia Address Book. To access the address book, click the green phone icon.

If you press the call button on the Castel XE-VIDEO device, you should receive a call in Sipelia.
