To ensure that the Cisco CP-8845-3PCC device is properly configured with Sipelia™, validate the following settings and functions.
Checking the Cisco CP-8845-3PCC intercom’s registration to Sipelia
From the web page of the intercom, in the Info section, under the Status tab, the registration status for Ext. 1 should appear as Registered.
In Config Tool, under the VoIP Inventory task, the device should appear as available.
Calling the Cisco CP-8845-3PCC from Sipelia
From Security Desk, you should be able to call the device using the Address Book.
Note: You should be able to establish a call to the Cisco CP-8845-3PCC device with video and audio. If you can’t receive a video call from the phone, make sure that the camera is open. You can rotate the lens to open the camera.

If you press the button on the Cisco CP-8845-3PCC intercom, you should receive a call in Sipelia.
