To ensure that the Code Blue-Centry device is properly configured with Sipelia™, validate the following settings and functions.
Checking the Code Blue-Centry intercom’s registration to Sipelia
In Config Tool, under the VoIP inventory task, the device should appear as available.
Calling the Code Blue-Centry intercom from Sipelia
From Security Desk, you should be able to call the device using the Sipelia Address Book. To access the address book, click the green phone icon.
Calling Sipelia from the Code Blue-Centry intercom
If you press the call button on the Code Blue - Centry intercom, you should receive a call in Sipelia.
If you configured the camera properly in Security Center, you should receive video from the call window when a call is established.
