To ensure that the Code Blue - IP5000 device is properly configured with Sipelia™, validate the following settings and functions.
Checking the Code Blue - IP5000 intercom’s registration to Sipelia
In the Status section, click System. The registration status of the device should appear as PROXY_REGISTERED.
In Config Tool, under the VoIP inventory task, the device should appear as available.
Calling the Code Blue - IP5000 intercom from Sipelia
From Security Desk, you should be able to call the device using the Sipelia Address Book. To access the address book, click the green phone icon.

If you press the button on the Code Blue - IP5000 intercom, you should receive a call in Sipelia. Make sure that all the buttons you configured are working as expected.
