To configure SIP settings for the Commend Symphony MX device, do the following:

  1. Go to the SIP section.

  2. Click Add SIP Server.

The SIP Servers page opens.

  1. Select Registration Enabled.

  2. In the Sipelia Server IP Address/Hostname [:Port] field, enter the IP address of the Sipelia Server.

  3. In the User ID and Auhtentication ID fields, enter the extension that was assigned when you added the SIP intercom in Security Center.

  4. In the Password field, enter the password that was set when you added the SIP intercom in Security Center.

  5. Click Save.

  1. In the SIP section, click the Advanced Setttings tab.

  2. Click the SIP Server that you created.

  3. Deselect Unique contact user in SIP Header.

To validate that the device has been properly registered to the Sipelia Server, go to the SIP Servers section. The device should appear as Registered.
