To use Sipelia™ with Genetec™ Mobile or Genetec™ Web App, users must have the Sipelia Gateway option turned on in their user profile.

What you should know

  • Apply this procedure for each user who requires mobile use of Sipelia.
  • Users should install the latest versions of Genetec Mobile and Genetec Web App.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool homepage, open the User management task.
  2. Select a user.
  3. Click the VoIP tab.
  4. Enter an extension number in the SIP extension field.
  5. Turn on the Gateway enabled option.
  6. Click Apply.
