To configure SIP settings for your Hanwha device, do the following:
From the main menu, go to Operator Settings.
Go to the SIP Management section.
Under SIP Account Information, ensure the parameters are configured as follows:
In the Sipelia Configuration section, set the User ID to the extension of the device that you configured for the SIP intercom in Security Center.
Set the Name to the extension of the device that you configured for the SIP intercom in Security Center.
Set the Authentication ID to the extension of the device that you configured for the SIP intercom in Security Center.
Set the Display Name to the extension of the device that you configured for the SIP intercom in Security Center.
In the Password field, enter the password that was set when you added the SIP intercom in Security Center.
In the Domain and Register fields, enter the IP address of the Sipelia™ Server.
Click Save.
Note: To create a new account, make sure you don’t select an existing account beforehand. To unselect an account, refresh the unit’s webpage.
Under SIP Settings, ensure the parameters are configured as follows:
Click Save.
After completing this configuration, the device should start communicating with Sipelia.
