To ensure that the Hanwha speaker is properly configured with Sipelia™, validate the following settings and functions.
Checking the Hanwha speaker’s registration to Sipelia
To confirm that the device is properly registering to Sipelia:
On the device web page, under Operation Setting, in the Sip Management section, the account should appear as Registered.
In Config Tool, under the VoIP Inventory task, the device should appear as Available.
Calling the Hanwha speaker from Sipelia
From Security Desk, you should be able to call the device using the Sipelia Address Book.
From Security Desk, navigate to the Sipelia Address Book and find the registered Hanwha device.
Click the listed Hanwha device. This will initiate a call with the speaker.
Speak into your headset. You should hear the audio playing on the speaker.
Note: Refer to Sipelia’s documentation to make sure your headset is properly configured.
