Sipelia™ 2.14.0.0 includes the following new features and security-related upgrades.

Assigning call priority to users and VoIP devices
To help operators quickly determine if incoming calls are normal, urgent, or critical, you can now assign a call priority to users and VoIP devices. When Sipelia receives calls simultaneously, first priority goes to the most urgent call.
Administrators can configure Security Center Automations based on call priority. It also enables operators to sort reports for SIP calls by call priority.
For information about configuring call priority for users and VoIP devices, see the following topics:
Sipelia is now available in the Genetec™ Web App
You can now use Sipelia to make and receive calls in the Genetec™ Web App. This enables communication with security personnel and VoIP devices from any supported web browser.

For information about enabling Sipelia in the Genetec Web App, see the Sipelia™ Gateway Quick Start Guide on the TechDoc Hub.

The Sipelia Mobile plugin is now the Sipelia Gateway plugin
Sipelia Mobile has been renamed to Sipelia Gateway, as it now offers voice and video calling capabilities to applications beyond Genetec™ Mobile.
Changes to default audio codecs
To ensure audio quality and reduce the occurrence of transcoding, Sipelia now uses the G711u, G711a, and G722 as its default audio codecs.
