You can enable record audio for a specific paging zone to record public address calls. The recorded audio will be available in the Call report task.
Before you begin
Procedure
- From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
- Select the Sipelia™ plugin role, and then click Public Address.
- Select a zone and set Record audio to ON.
