Receiving DTMF sequences - Sipelia™ 2.12

After you configure the DTMF sequences, active sequences can be received by Security Desk users during a call.

1. Launch a call between a Security Desk user and another entity. Typically, an intercom or a different user.
2. The other entity sends a DTMF sequence.
3. An event is triggered when the received sequence matches a configured sequence.
