If you are running more than one instance of the Sipelia™ plugin, the system generates an error and the role fails to load.

What you should know

Multiple instances of the Sipelia plugin on one system are not supported. If you have more than one instance of the plugin, the additional instances will remain in error state with a message: Role failed to load - Only one instance of the Sipelia Plugin can be running in the system.

Procedure

  1. In Config Tool, open the Plugins task.
  2. Decide which instance of the Sipelia plugin you want to keep.
  3. Delete all other instances of the Sipelia plugin.
