You can download your Synergis™ unit's
configuration as a compressed file, which you can use if you ever need to replace the
unit.
What you should know
The configuration files include hardware settings,
including supervised input values and RIO, and primitive rules. The files do not
include the unit's network settings, administrator password, Synergis key store data, or Mercury integration
configuration.
Procedure

Log on to the Synergis unit.

Click .

In the Download configuration files section, enter a strong
password and confirm the password.

Click Download configuration files.
NOTE: This button remains disabled if the password is not strong enough or if the
confirmation password does not match.

Click Save.
