Before you add the Mercury MR62e panel or Mercury controller under the Synergis™ unit, you must assign a static IP address to the unit.

Before you begin

Make sure you have the following:
EP or LP Series Setup and Configuration Guide
Instruction manual for connecting to the web portal of your Mercury controller and setting up its IP address (and other configurations).
Static IP address
Static IP address assigned to the controller by your IT department.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the MR62e panel's web page.
  2. In the Static IP field, enter an IP address.
  3. Click Save.
