You can use Synergis™ IX events to set up event-to-actions. Synergis™ IX events that have an equivalent in Security Center are imported as system events, otherwise, they are imported as custom events.

The following Synergis™ IX events are converted to Security Center system events. Events with the same name in Synergis™ IX and Security Center are not shown in the table| Synergis™ IX events | Security Center events |

Synergis™ IX events imported as custom events
Synergis™ IX events that do not have an equivalent in Security Center are imported as custom events. Security Center only creates the custom events after one of the enrolled Synergis™ IX controllers has generated the event once.To view the custom events added to your system, open Config Tool, click . All custom events imported from Synergis™ IX are preceded with "Synergis™ IX".
