After replacing a Synergis™ Cloud Link unit that is connected to Synergis™ IX units, the Synergis IX units go offline.

You must delete the faulty Synergis Cloud Link unit that you replaced in Config Tool for the Synergis IX units to come back online and for the Intrusion Manager to work properly again.
