Scheduling Synergis IX controller backups in Config Tool - Australia and New Zealand only

You can schedule a macro that runs automatic backups of your Synergis™ IX controllers.

1. From the Config Tool homepage, select the System task and click Scheduled tasks.
2. In the Contextual commands, click Scheduled task () and enter a name for the new scheduled task.
   
3. Click the Properties tab for the scheduled task, and switch the Status to Active.
4. Select the Recurrence to determine the frequency of Synergis IX controller backups.

5. For Action, select Run a macro ().
6. For Macro, the macro you previously created for backing up Synergis IX controllers.
7. Click Apply ().
   You have created a schedule to run automatic backups of your Synergis IX controllers.
