1 The only readers supported are HID Signo readers and Synergis IX OSDP readers. The minimum required versions for OSDP support are Synergis Softwire 11.2, Synergis IX controller firmware 4.00.1143_M036, and reader expander firmware 1.12.585 L021. However, we recommend using the latest firmware. See About OSDP reader support with Synergis IX.
