- Is the NXT module powered on?
- Is the network cable connected?
- Is the NXT module already enrolled by a different Synergis™ unit?
- Does the NXT module reply to PING requests?
- Is the MAC address entered correctly?
- Is the IP address assigned to the NXT module already in use?
