If the Synergis™ unit cannot discover the NXT module, check the following:

Procedure

  • Is the NXT module powered on?
  • Is the network cable connected?
  • Is the NXT module already enrolled by a different Synergis™ unit?
  • Does the NXT module reply to PING requests?
  • Is the MAC address entered correctly?
  • Is the IP address assigned to the NXT module already in use?
