Not all Synergis™ appliance features are supported with the integration of DDS controllers.
The DDS controller integration supports the following Synergis™ Appliance Portal and Synergis™ Softwire features. For a description of these

1 IP controllers must be enrolled through a different set of web pages than the Synergis™ Appliance Portal. See Enrolling DDS IP controllers.
2 The door behavior settings are overwritten by the individual door settings configured in Security Center.
3 Keypad readers outputting PIN in 4-bit Burst Keypad Mode are not supported. Only PIN outputted in 26-bit Wiegand mode producing Facility Code 0 is supported.
4 Limited to HID Wiegand Standard 26-bit card code (maximum value is 65534).
5 PINs under 4 digits are not accepted.
