BEST Wi-Q locks and wireless access controllers communicate over IP with a BEST Wi-Q gateway, which communicates with a Mercury LP4502 controller running the Mercury Over-Watch plugin. The controller then communicates with the Synergis™ Cloud Link unit over IP.
