For direct ENGAGE IP integration, intelligent LE, NDE, and Control locks (FE410 and BE467F) communicate with the Synergis™ unit through the ENGAGE Gateway over IP.
Synergis™ Softwire 11.4.3 supports the following hardware devices:

NOTE: By design, Control locks do not support unlock schedules, and Control locks only support
specific Schlage smart cards.
Limitations
The ENGAGE IP integration has the following limitations:- Control locks support up to 200 credentials.
- Automatic credential entry using Security Center is not supported.
