Mercury controllers are enrolled using Config Tool.

Two swipes within 5 seconds by the same card unlocks the door until the same action locks it again.

The door behavior settings are overwritten by the individual door settings configured in Security Center.

A cardholder must have a card and one PIN credential for a PIN to work. A cardholder cannot have more than one PIN credential. Also, when set to Card or PIN, if a cardholder only has a PIN credential, that credential will not be synchronized to the controller and will not work. As a workaround, create and assign the cardholder a dummy card credential.

Mercury does not support keypad readers outputting PIN in 26-bit Wiegand mode (HID mode-14).

By default, maximum PIN length is set to six digits. For PINs under 6 digits, you must enter a '#' after the PIN.

By default, PINs that start with zero are not supported. For more information, see Configuring PINs with leading zeros for Mercury integrations.

The PIN value is not included in Access granted and Access denied events.
