1 Sx controllers running Hx firmware require the Firmware type option to be set to Hx on the Hardware page of the Synergis™ unit in Config Tool.
2 You can’t downgrade from 3_0p09_cx_3701 to any earlier version.
3 Older models of this lock might not support 3_0p10_cx_v4011. The version is available in LCT if the locks support it.
