1 Includes the two factory default users, which are read-only.
2 The only readers supported are HID Signo readers and Synergis IX OSDP readers. The minimum required versions for OSDP support are Synergis Softwire 11.2, Synergis IX controller firmware 4.00.1143_M036, and reader expander firmware 1.12.585 L021.
