2 Older models of this lock might not support 3_0p10_cx_v4011. The version is available in the Lock Configuration Tool if the lock supports it.
3 Sx controllers running Hx firmware require the Firmware type option to be set to Hx on the Hardware page of the Synergis™ unit in Config Tool.
