Interface module Issue Description
AA IP 2046832 IP locks: Deleting an IP lock in the Synergis™ Appliance Portal deletes the bus from the Hardware page.
AA IP 1714468 WiFi locks: Offline access granted and access denied events leave the cardholder field empty.
Axis 1955523 Axis 1001: The controller intermittently stops receiving card read events.
Workaround: Reboot either the controller or the Synergis™ unit to enable the controller to read the events properly again.
Axis 1955349 Axis 1601 controllers do not work offline.
Axis 688729 Axis A1001: If the Axis controller transitions from online to offline after a Door forced open or a Door open too long event, the reader stops beeping before the door closes. An offline Axis unit means that it is disconnected from the Synergis™ unit.
Mercury 2121517 Mercury EP1501: MR51e boards connected to the controller randomly go offline.
Mercury 2115402 Mercury EP: On intelligent controllers with multiple schedules, if one is a Specific type schedule, then it might include intervals from the non specific type schedules.
Mercury 2046080 Mercury EP2500 with Allegion Schlage ENGAGE Gateway: When four ENGAGE Gateways are connected to the EP2500, adding a fifth Gateway causes the Mercury unit to drop offline.
Mercury 2026081 Mercury EP with firmware 1.25.6 connected to SimonsVoss: Configuration commands sent to SimonsVoss locks are incorrect due to a firmware change.
Mercury 1951888 Mercury EP1502: The controller disconnects at random; until the unit is reset or power cycled, cardholders cannot access doors because their credentials are not stored on the EP unit.
Mercury 1868395 Mercury MR51e: When two OSDP readers are connected, the second reader shows up as offline in Security Center even though both locks are working correctly.
Mercury 1860235 Nexus readers in secure mode do not pair when connected directly to a Synergis™ unit.
Mercury 1844896 When an visitor escort does not badge, an Access denied event is triggered instead of an Access denied: A valid escort is required event.
SALLIS 2112418 SALTO SALLIS: Changing Salto routers causes the connected locks to stop sending data when cards are presented.
SALLIS 2109131 SALTO SALLIS: When configuring SALLIS locks in the Synergis™ Appliance Portal, the correct configuration values are lost.
