The following issues are resolved in Synergis™ Softwire 11.2.0.

Interface module Issue Description
All 2810151 When upgrading to Synergis™ Softwire 11.1, an Upgrade Failed message is sometimes displayed for a few seconds before the upgrade successfully completes.
All 2766207 When a cardholder has the Bypass antipassback rules option enabled and badges on two or more doors to enter an area where antipassback is enabled, they are granted access with the Access granted event instead of the Antipassback bypassed event.
All 2738769 When you configure an ordinal schedule for the last day of December, the schedule does not work on January 1st, and when you configure it for the first day of January, the schedule does not work on December 31st.
Assa Abloy IP 2739348 SARGENT IP locks: Multiple time zones on the lock are consumed if cardholders have access through multiple access rules with the same schedule.
AutoVu™ 2805951 Leaving SharpV interfaces unreachable causes memory issues on the Synergis™ Cloud Link unit.
Axis 2835456 On systems with multiple Axis controllers, door unlocks might be delayed while configuration changes are applied.
Axis 2766234 When the first-person-in rule for an area is configured with the Enforced on door unlock schedules option enabled, at the start of the unlock schedule, the door in that area gets unlocked even though the supervisor is absent.
Mercury 2835384 Entry assumed and Entry detected events are not generated when the Mercury native area control option in the Synergis™ appliance portal is enabled and soft antipassback warnings are generated.
Mercury 2826107 ABA credentials without the ABA delimiters prevent the synchronization of other credentials to Mercury controllers.
Mercury 2823498 M5-IC controllers continuously go offline when credentials with less than 8 bits are read.
Mercury 2807085 All-day access rule schedules synchronized to Mercury controllers during the end of daylight savings are invalid if the local time zone transitions to UTC +0.
Mercury 2766918 DHCP address lease renewal packets cause the Mercury communication driver to drop connection to all connected Mercury controllers.
Mercury 2764516 When the TMP, FLT, or PFL inputs on a Mercury board change to Active, the input reverts to the Normal state after 30 seconds.
Mercury 2761425 HID pivCLASS OSDP readers display the incorrect time because the Mercury controller does not manage the display message.
Mercury 2758404 Cardholders with no credentials prevent all credentials from being synchronized to elevators.
Mercury 2737111 Communication issues are caused by readers that are in Security Center, but not physically connected to the MR62e.
Mercury 2695524 The credential count for Mercury panels is not shown on the Peripherals page of the Synergis™ Cloud Link unit.
Mercury 2673401 When Mercury native area control is enabled: If people counting is reset from the Synergis™ appliance portal or from the Security Desk People counting task, while the Mercury controller is offline, the reset only occurs if the unit reconnects within 60 seconds.
Mercury 2571926 When access is denied due to interlock, an Access granted event is falsely generated at the same time as the Access denied: Interlock prevented the door from unlocking event.
SALLIS 2776478 Salto RS485 routers and locks cannot be added through the Synergis™ appliance portal.
Synergis™ IX 2822967 Configuration entries that are not managed by Synergis™ Softwire are deleted when the Synergis™ IX controller reconnects to the Synergis™ appliance.
