Upgrading from production image 4.x
Synergis™ Cloud Link appliances produced with image 4.0 or later can be upgraded directly to Synergis™ Softwire 11.2.Upgrading from production image 3.x

Upgrading from SMC firmware
Synergis™ Master Controller appliances cannot be upgraded to Synergis™ Softwire 11.2. The latest Synergis™ Softwire version supported by Synergis™ Master Controller appliances is 10.11.Upgrading a Streamvault™ appliance
Streamvault™ appliances can be upgraded directly to Synergis™ Softwire 11.2. Use InstallShield to upgrade an SV appliance.NOTE: You
must select Allow local access only in the installer
options.
