The following software issues are resolved in Synergis™ Softwire 11.2.1.

Interface module Issue Description
All 2873657 The people count is not always updated when cardholder movement is generated from Entry assumed events.
Assa Abloy IP 2902693 SARGENT locks: When passage mode is enabled per access rule and doors are configured with an unlock schedule, locks might be in an incorrect state after a hardware configuration change or a Synergis™ Softwire restart.
Mercury 2921023 When Mercury offline decision mode is enabled, Access granted events are not seen in the Monitoring task if the door does not have a door sensor.
Mercury 2861879 In Synergis™ Softwire 11.1 and 11.2, long credential formats configured on the Mercury controller settings page of the Synergis™ Appliance Portal might not work correctly.
Mercury 2835812 The FICAM database layout has an incorrect maximum supported credential size of 160 bits for LP1501, LP1502, LP2500, and LP4502 controllers, instead of 200 bits like other Mercury controllers.
Synergis™ IX 2941523 The default Master and Installer cardholders have access to intrusion keypads.
Synergis™ IX 2934267 Synergis™ Softwire CardFormatAutoConfig is disabled by default, causing incorrect card reads unless the card format is manually selected per reader type in the Synergis™ IX Portal.
Synergis™ IX 2911325 The command to restart the module uses the wrong parameter to identify the module, which might cause a high number of events in the Intrusion Manager database.
Synergis™ IX 2884437 Setting a door in maintenance mode might cause a mismatch between the physical state of the door lock and reported state of door lock in Security Center.
Synergis™ IX 2862467 Wiegand readers connected to reader expanders report tamper events, even though they are configured not to.
Synergis™ IX 2835792 Wiegand readers in Synergis™ IX go offline after two minutes if there is no card activity.
