General enhancements

New BEST Wi-Q lock integration through Mercury
You can now integrate BEST Wi-Q locks with Synergis™ Softwire through Mercury LP4502 controllers that have the Over-Watch plugin installed.

Synergis™ IX integration enhancements

Support for antipassback
You can now use antipassback with the Synergis™ IX integration.

Support for 64-bit credentials
Synergis™ IX controllers now support card formats up to 64 bits in length.

New firmware certification for Synergis™ Softwire
Synergis™ Softwire 11.3.1 is now certified compatible with the following:
  • SY-SIX-CTRL-DIN and SY-SIX-CTRL-DIN-1D firmware 4.00_965_M0A1

Mercury integration enhancements

Support for two OSDP readers per reader port
Starting in Synergis™ Softwire 11.3.1 and Security Center 5.10.4.0, each onboard reader port on the following Mercury devices can support two OSDP readers:
  • LP1502
  • LP4502
  • MR50-S3
  • MR52-S3

This is configurable through the new Two OSDP readers per reader port setting configured on the Mercury controller settings page in the Synergis™ Appliance Portal.

Assa Abloy Aperio-enabled lock integration enhancements
