The ThyssenKrupp plugin 3.1 includes the following known issues.

Issue Description
2811297 This plugin does not support the 32-bit CSN card format. Supported formats are:
  • Standard 26-bit
  • 37-bit H10302
  • 37-bit H10304
  • 34-bit H10306
  • 35-bit Corporate 1000
  • 48-bit Corporate 1000
1788036 Cameras cannot be associated to elevators.
1770588 In System messages, clicking to see more information about DED warnings opens a window that displays information about security profiles instead of about why the DED is in warning state.
1759564 From the plugin's Configuration page, if you want to skip a landing when manually adding landings to an elevator group, you must add the landing, and then delete it from the entity tree.

For example, if you want to create Landing 1.1F and Landing 1.3F but not Landing 1.2F, you must add Landing 1.1F, 1.2F, and 1.3F, and then delete Landing 1.2F.

Workaround: Use the auto-discovery feature instead of manually creating each entity.
1752933 Entity state colors in the entity tree of the plugin might be misleading. DEDs can turn yellow even if they are online.
1749861 If you disable an elevator group in the ThyssenKrupp system, the elevators in that group are still displayed as online in Security Center.
