You can monitor elevator events in the Thyssenkrupp plugin using the Elevator activities task or the Monitoring task.
Elevator activities task
Monitoring elevator access in the Elevator activities task follows the standard procedures. For more information on the Elevator activities task, see Investigating elevator events.
The available report pane columns include columns for the two custom fields that you created.
Monitoring task
Monitoring DEDs and floors in the Monitoring task follows the standard procedures. For more information on the Elevator activities task, see Monitoring events.
Audit trails
In the Thyssenkrupp plugin, Auditing is only done for the creation and deletion of overrides, and is not available through an Audit trails report. The data can instead be accessed from the database.
