To import transaction data from your InfoGenesis point-of-sale (POS) system, you must enter the connection settings for the parser in Security Center.

What you should know

The InfoGenesis parser is referred to as Agilysys in Security Center.


  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. Expand the Transaction Finder plugin role, select the Agilysys parser, and click the Properties tab.

  3. In the Server configuration section, enter the following:
    Authentication key
    For a local parser, the authentication key is automatically provided by the plugin. For a remote parser, click the Generate new button to generate an authentication key.
    The IP address or host name of the system that receives transactions.
    The port used by the plugin to receive data from the parser. Port 443 is used by default.
  4. In the Global configuration section, enter the following:
    Tenant ID
    Identifies the site of the deployment.
    Location ID
    The code used to define the location of the point-of-sale system.
    The time zone in which the point-of-sale system is located.
    Culture name
    The region and language used by the point-of-sale system.

  5. In the POS system configuration section, enter the following:
    Remote IP address of the POS system.
    Remote port of the POS system.
  6. In the Parser communication section, enter the following:
    Enter the local port used to communicate with the POS system. The default port is 9055.
  7. In the Terminals section, enter the following:
    Terminal identifiers
    Enter the terminal IDs that the parser will listen on. The values added to this field should be single terminal IDs or ranges, separated by a comma. Separate each range by a dash.
  8. (Optional) In the Date format section, enable UTC (coordinated universal time).
    NOTE: If this option is disabled, the parser uses the time zone indicated in the global configuration.
