To access transaction data in Security Center, you must connect to the Elasticsearch database in which it is stored.

What you should know

  • If the Elasticsearch database is full or unreachable, incoming transactions are queued in the SQL Server database.
  • The Elasticsearch database can be collocated with plugin role or run on a separate server.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. Select the Transaction Finder plugin role from the entity browser, and click the Elasticsearch tab.
  3. In the Connection section, enter the Server URL and Port used by the Elasticsearch database.
  4. (Optional) Switch the Use basic authentication option to ON, and enter your Username and Password.
  5. Click the Test connection button.
The result of the test is displayed beside the button.
  6. Click Apply.
