Using the Transaction Finder plugin, you can set the thresholds for the low, high, and flood stage watermarks if your Elasticsearch database.

What you should know

Elasticsearch watermarks are used to indicate that its database has reached certain capacities. At different watermarks, the behavior of Elasticsearch changes. For example, if it reaches its flood stage, it will switch to read-only mode. After space is cleared and the database is no longer in the flood stage, it will automatically return to read-write mode. For more information, consult your Elasticsearch documentation.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. Select the Transaction Finder plugin role from the entity browser, and click the Elasticsearch tab.
  3. In the Watermarks section, click Edit.
  4. Set the levels for the Low, High, and Flood stage watermarks, and click OK.
