You can exclude cardholders to prevent them from being added to the intrusion panel. For cardholders that are already imported, you can delete them from the panel.

What you should know

Excluded cardholders cannot be added to the UTC Advisor Master and Advanced panel as users. If an excluded cardholder is part of a cardholder group, all the cardholders in that group can be imported to the user mappings table, except for the excluded cardholder.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Intrusion detection task.
  2. Expand the Intrusion Manager role from the entity browser, and select the intrusion detection unit you want to configure.
  3. Click the Users tab.
  4. In the Excluded cardholders section, click Add an item ().
  5. From the dialog box that opens, select the cardholders that you want excluded, and then click OK.
  6. Click Apply.

Results

If the cardholder was already added to the intrusion panel, it is deleted from the user mappings table and deleted from the panel.
NOTE: Removing cardholders from the Excluded cardholders list does not automatically re-add them to the user mappings table and to the panel, unless they are part of a mapped cardholder group and the Synchronize with user mappings option is enabled.
