After adding units, areas, and modules in Security Center, you can get information about them by
clicking on their icons in the Security Desk
map.
Before you begin
Make sure your map is configured correctly.
What you should know
- Sending a pulsed command to an output is not supported.
- Sending an unisolate command to an input is not supported.
Procedure

Open the Maps task in Security Desk.

Click on the icon assigned to a unit, area, or module.
The following information is displayed for a unit:
- Connection state
- Tamper state
- Time of the last tamper event
- Battery state
- Time of the last battery event
- AC state
- Time of the last AC event
The following information is displayed for an area:
- Commands (Acknowledge an alarm, Arm Master, Arm Perimeter, Disarm)
- Number of areas and their states
- Inputs associated to the area, their number, and their states
The following information is displayed for a module:
- Number
- Tamper state
- Battery state
- AC state
- Time of the different module states
