One or more users did not receive an alarm that was triggered in Security Center. The alarm is in the Alarm report task, but was not displayed in the user's Alarm monitoring task.
Cause
This issue typically occurs when a user or user group is not a recipient for the alarm entity. When the Recipients list is empty and the alarm is triggered in Security Center, no users are notified.
Solution
Add recipients to an alarm:
- Open the Alarms task, select the alarm entity in the entity browser, and then click Properties.
- In the Recipients section, add the users who need to be notified when the alarm occurs.
