Upgrading firmware on one Mercury LP or EP controller and its downstream panels
If you are using a Security Center version earlier than 5.10 and want to upgrade your Mercury LP or EP controllers and their downstream panels only one controller at a time, you can do so from the legacy portal of the Synergis™ unit.

controllers you want to upgrade in the Config
Tool
Hardware inventory task, instead of having to upgrade all the
controllers under the same Synergis™ Cloud

the same time.

- In Security Center 5.9, you cannot upgrade the firmware of Mercury controllers in Config Tool.
- In Security Center 5.8, you can upgrade the firmware of all Mercury controllers under the same Synergis™ Cloud Link appliance at the same time in the Config Tool Hardware inventory task.
- You can upgrade the firmware of all the controllers under the same Synergis™ Cloud
Link appliance at the same time in the Synergis™ Appliance Portal.
