Our Technical Support team can use your event and application logs to troubleshoot issues on your system. You can find these logs in Windows Event Viewer.

Procedure

  1. Open Windows Event Viewer.
  2. Expand the Windows Logs and Applications and Services Logs folders.
  3. Select the Application logs.
  4. From the Actions pane, select Save All Events As, and save the event files to your computer.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the System logs and the Genetec logs.

  6. Retrieve the event files and send them to Technical Support.
