The deister proxSafe plugin integrates deister proxSafe key management systems with Security Center so that cardholders and assets can be managed from Security Center, and proxSafe events can be monitored in Security Desk.
You can use the plugin to do the following:
- Connect Security Center to the proxSafe Commander system.
- Synchronize lockers (cabinets), terminals (readers), assets (keys or keytags), and asset groups from the proxSafe system in Security Center.
- Create, modify, and delete assets, asset groups, cardholders, cardholder groups, and credentials in Security Center, and synchronize these entities in the proxSafe database.
- Define schedules in Security Center to indicate when cardholders and cardholder groups have access to assets.
- Define the areas that cardholders can access when an asset is in their possession.
- Receive proxSafe events in real time in Security Desk, such as when assets are issued or returned, or when lockers are opened or closed.
- Map cameras to proxSafe lockers or terminals in Config Tool.
- Monitor live and playback video related to events coming from the proxSafe system in Security Desk.
- Manually issue assets to cardholders from Security Desk.
- Generate Security Center reports to search for past proxSafe system events.
- View your current inventory of assets from Security Desk.
