The iLOQ 5 Series plugin keeps all imported entities up to date with the changes made in Security Center by using the Import function.
Users performing imports or exports must have sufficient iLOQ usage rights. These usage rights must be configured from the iLOQ Manager.
All imported entities are synchronized with their source by the iLOQ 5 Series plugin.
Imported entities should be managed only through Security Center. If entities are deleted from the
iLOQ Manager, they are removed from Security Center during the next import.
NOTE: If a
cardholder is deleted from the iLOQ Manager, the cardholder is not deleted from
Security Center, but their iLOQ
credentials are removed and excluded from future exports.
Imports are always initiated from Security Center manually. The import is performed when you explicitly request it. Perform a manual import by clicking the Import button on the plugin's Synchronization tab.
Entities imported from the iLOQ Manager
- Locks

- Only S50 locks are imported to Security Center.
- Locks assigned to access rights in the iLOQ Manager are imported with the corresponding Security Center door assigned to the areas that correspond to their current access rights.
- Locks with no access rights are assigned to the Unassigned iLOQ doors area in Security Center.
- Locks with standard access rights do not synchronize changes between the iLOQ Manager and Security Center. After locks are imported, remove all standard access rights in the iLOQ Manager.
- Keys

- Only S50 fobs or phone keys are imported to Security Center.
- Phone keys must have a person assigned.
- Keys in a hidden, deleted, or returned state are not imported.
- Fobs must be programmed in the iLOQ Manager at least once before importing to Security Center.
- Keys assigned to a person in iLOQ are assigned to the corresponding cardholder in Security Center.
- If a key is expired in iLOQ, the status is set to inactive when imported to Security Center.
- If a key is in a blocklist, the status is set to lost when imported to Security Center.
- Persons

- Before the first import, in the iLOQ Manager administrator should add ILOQ_API_ACCOUNT_ONLY to the Job title field of the persons they want excluded from the import. For example, user accounts like Admin or Service user.
- Persons must have a configured first and last name to be imported to Security Center.
- Keys assigned to a person in iLOQ are assigned to the corresponding cardholder in Security Center.
- If a person is deleted from iLOQ, the corresponding cardholder is not deleted from Security Center, but their iLOQ credentials are removed and excluded from future exports.
- API Access rights

- An Unassigned iLOQ doors area is created by default and cannot be deleted.
- Access rights with names or descriptions longer than 100 characters are truncated when imported to Security Center.
