The iLOQ 5 Series plugin pushes any updates made to access rights, cardholders, schedules, or credentials automatically to the iLOQ manager.
When any update is pushed to an iLOQ manager, the programming state of an iLOQ manager changes, indicating the status of export.
Programming states
- In planning
- This state indicates that the changes have been requested for the lock or key. These changes haven’t been approved yet.
- Ordered
- This state indicates that all requested changes have been approved.
- Sent (mobile)
- This state indicates that all requested changes have been sent to the user's phone and are ready to be exported.
- Programmed (Locks or Fobs)
- This state indicates that all requested changes have been exported.
- Programmed (Mobile)
- This state indicates that the user has updated the key on their phone and has the updated access rights.
Conditions to request changes in the iLOQ 5 Series plugin
- The lock and key must have been programmed at least once before.
- The lock and key must be in the In planning programming state.
- The lock must be of type S50 or S50Online.
- The lock and key must have either Not time limited or Apply selected option selected under time profile.
- The lock and the key must not have any pending time profile change.
- The lock and the key must not have any pending access rights change other than API access rights.
- The key must not be in the blocklist.
