You can use this task to search for actions performed on iLOQ 5 Series entities, and see which Security Center users performed the action and when.
In the Audit trails task, the Initiator is
logged as the service or the current user based on where the change was made.
IMPORTANT: Systems running Security Center version 5.10.0.0 and earlier
only log changes made directly in Security Center. This includes only the operations in
the Initiated by current user section.
Operations logged as initiated by user
- Cardholder creation in Security Center.
- Cardholder details modified in Security Center (first and last name, description, activation, expiration).
- Assigning or unassigning a fob to cardholder in Security Center.
- Credential details modified using the Security Center credential dialog.
- Adding or removing an access right to a lock in Security Center.
- Changing the name of an access right in Security Center.
- Adding or removing Security Center areas for access rules.
- Granting or removing access rules for cardholders and cardholder groups.
- Modifying the description of a schedule.
Operations logged as initiated by service
- All operations made during the importation process (entity creation and property changes).
- Phone credential assignment.
- Modifications made using the import wizard.
- Modifications made using the WebSDK.
- Creating an access right (area) in Security Center.
Operations not logged
- Revalidation period modified in Security Center.
- Mobile credential registration message sent through Security Center.
