If a credential is in warning due to a blocklist or ordering error, they are not exported back to the iLOQ Manager.
Cause
Credentials modified in Security Center might fail to synchronize with the iLOQ 5 Series Digital Locking System if they are part of a blocklist or have a token required warning.
An export might fail in the following cases:
Export error cause | Plugin behavior |
---|---|
Unsupported schedule |
|
iLOQ time limit exceeded | |
Unsupported access rule | |
Returned key is assigned to a different cardholder | |
Key has an invalid KeyState mask in iLOQ | |
iLOQ license count exceeded | |
Key is deleted from iLOQ | |
Unable to order the key in the iLOQ Manager because a required programming token is missing |
|
Key is in a blocklist in the iLOQ Manager |
|
Solution
To perform a manual re-export:
- From the Plugins task, select the iLOQ 5 Series plugin.
- Click the Synchronization tab.
- In the Export section, select Retry failed credential exports from the Export actions drop-down list.
- Click Export.
All credentials are now updated in the iLOQ Manager.
