If a credential is in warning due to a blocklist or ordering error, they are not exported back to the iLOQ Manager.

Cause

Credentials modified in Security Center might fail to synchronize with the iLOQ 5 Series Digital Locking System if they are part of a blocklist or have a token required warning.

An export might fail in the following cases:
Export error cause Plugin behavior
Unsupported schedule
  • The plugin shows a warning state for all credentials in error.
  • The warning is removed when the error is resolved and the key is re-exported.
  • The credential is unchanged in Security Center.
iLOQ time limit exceeded
Unsupported access rule
Returned key is assigned to a different cardholder
Key has an invalid KeyState mask in iLOQ
iLOQ license count exceeded
Key is deleted from iLOQ
Unable to order the key in the iLOQ Manager because a required programming token is missing
  • The plugin shows an Unable to order key warning message.
  • The warning is removed when the error is resolved and the key is re-exported.
  • The credential is set to Inactive in Security Center.
Key is in a blocklist in the iLOQ Manager
  • The plugin shows a Key is in blocklist warning message.
  • The warning is removed when the error is resolved and the key is re-exported.
  • The warning can be acknowledged using the Acknowledge blocklist warning in the iLOQ 5 Series credential management dialog. For more information, see Modifying iLOQ 5 Series S50 mobile credentials.
  • The credential is set to Lost is Security Center.
