Next generation Synergis Cloud Link and Cloud Link Roadrunner units that are enrolled
in hosted Security Center
SaaS edition systems.
Log on to the Synergis unit and do one of the following:
- Perform a software restart on the unit, then log back on to the unit. Click
and restart Cloud Agent.
- Perform a system restart on the Synergis unit.
This issue is resolved in Synergis Cloud Link 2.0.4 and Cloud Link Roadrunner
