[KBA-79126] Synergis Cloud Link and Cloud Link Roadrunner goes offline after 10 days of being enrolled in a Security Center SaaS edition hosted system
Next generation Synergis™ Cloud Link and Cloud Link Roadrunner™ units enrolled in a hosted Security Center SaaS edition system suddenly go offline after 10 days.
Applies to
Next generation Synergis Cloud Link and Cloud Link Roadrunner units that are enrolled
in hosted Security Center SaaS edition systems.
Cause
A code defect.
Workaround
Log on to the Synergis unit and do one of the following:
- Perform a software restart on the unit, then log back on to the unit. Click and restart Cloud Agent.
- Perform a system restart on the Synergis unit.
Status
This issue is resolved in Synergis Cloud Link 2.0.4 and Cloud Link Roadrunner 2.0.4.
