[KBA-79140] "Waiting for offline source" message displays when live streaming from online cameras

Cameras that are online in Security Center might not show live video from Config Tool or Security Desk. The following message is displayed: Waiting for offline source.

Security Center 5.11.1.0 - 5.11.2.0, 5.10.4.9 and earlier

Cause

A coding issue.

Workaround

A hotfix is available for Security Center 5.11.1.0 and 5.11.1.1 (HF3330543). To acquire the hotfix, contact the Genetec™ Technical Assistance Center (GTAC).

Status

This issue will be resolved in Security Center 5.11.2.1 and 5.10.4.10.
