[KBA-79145] Avigilon H4 Pro Cameras go offline after enrolling or upgrading to Security Center 5.10 or 5.11

After enrolling or upgrading to Security Center 5.10 or 5.11 with camera driver pack 10.0 - 10.13 or 11.0 - 11.2, Avigilon H4 Pro Cameras (12MP, 16MP, and 40MP) go offline.

Applies to

  • Security Center 5.10.0.0 - 5.10.4.x, with camera driver pack 10.0 - 10.13
  • Security Center 5.11.0.0 - 5.11.2.x, with camera driver pack 11.0 - 11.2

Cause

A coding issue.

Workaround

A hotfix is available for the following:
  • Security Center 5.10.x.x, with camera driver pack 10.13 (HF3412104).
  • Security Center 5.11.x.x, with camera driver pack 11.2 (HF3392662).
To obtain the hotfix, contact the Genetec™ Technical Assistance Center (GTAC).

Status

This issue will be resolved in Security Center camera driver pack 10.14 and 11.3.
